RIBA Linear Automatic Calibrating Machine

Linear sizing machine with 2 indipendent diamond heads for sizing of cement and grit tiles in the following sizes: 2-200, 2-250, 2-333.

The electric welded iron alloy steel structure of the machine is composed of two machine beds, which are fastened together with bolted joints:
Lower bed carrying the tile conveyor belt running on special wear-resistant steel plates powered by a ratio-,otor with inverter-controlled alternating current motor.
Upper bed carrying the sizing heads.
Indipendent hydraulic system for every single head, allowing lifting and lowering of the grinding wheels. Designed for multi-use pur pose and suitable for every type of material to be sized by reducing to a minimum the breaking of the sized tiles.
Mechanical locking system for diamond wheel allowing perfect tile sizing.
Indipendent electric boards for every single head, for control, adjustement of operatine pressures and start of the sizing wheels.
Electric equipment inside gasproof metal case, installed onto vibration-damping devices, accordino to the safety regulations in force.
Automatic and indipendent amperometric control for every single head, for operatine pressare adjustement.
Automatic incoming and outgoing material presence checks. Automatic adjustment of speed of travel of conveyor belt.
PLC-controlled operating procedures, PLC on board of the machine.
Machine can be equipped with a sizing head with diamond segments.
Machine can be prearranged for integration in automatic plant.
Main manifold for supplying the grinding wheels with water.
