The Automatic Work Cycle CA 206 CM is a fully automatic plant for the handling and natural curing of cement chimney caps of different sizes, either central elements and/or heads or covers for different types of traps.
It has mainly been designed in order to satisfy production characteristics of the Automatic Rotary Press RIBA 206 CM. The plant consists of a series of components and accessories for automatic operation according to applicable safety and hygiene standards for the operators: Main conveyor belt. Reversible horizontal conveyor belt. Automatic Press RIBA 206 CM for the manufacturing of cement products either central elements and/or heads or covers for various kinds of traps. Automatic product loading system. Transport line for basic trays containing green products for transport to loading station and to subsequent storage castles. Automatic stacker for trays containing green products. The stacks will consist of 9 trays, coupled and arranged on 3 rows. Every single storage castle can contain 54 basic trays. Automatic front catenary of the storage castles containing basic trays with green products. Front automatic transfer system for movement of storage castles containing green products to the natural seasoning lines. Natural seasoning lines consisting of guides with double rails on which the storage castles containing different types of products move. Rear automatic transfer system for movement of storage castles containing seasoned products to the unloading end/or palletizing lines. Automatic rear catenary of the storage castles containing basic trays with seasoned products. Automatic central catenary of the storage castles containing basic trays with seasoned and empty trays. Automatic stacker for trays containing seasoned products. Transport line for transfer of the basic trays containing seasoned products to the unloading and/or palletizing station. Unloading gripper for seasoned products. Handling and conveying system for pallets containing seasoned products. Automatic storage system for empty pallets with lower unloading system allowing for continuous supply during the unloading phases of the seasoned products and the successive palletizing phases. Storage and traversing track. Cleaning station. Empty trays stacker. Roll feed for storage and transverse motion of stacks with empty trays. Empty trays de-stacker. Control switchboards, separated from the machines, each one performing different functions: Control of work operations and modification of settings and /or production parameters. Display of messages relevant to main troubles that could occur during machine operation.
Made up of a main electric welded steel frame, certified FE430B with correctly sized bearing columns on which all the components necessary for good machine operation are installed.
