FOR MIXTURE PREPARATION FOR FIRST LAYER:
Tank with lining made of screwed wearing sectors.
Gearmotor of mixing planetary with construction form B5, protection IP55 and isolation class F.
Discharge door installed on SKF bearings, complete with oil-hydraulic cylinder, high-pressure pipes and oil-hydraulic unit.
Simple planetary mixer with 3 mixing arms made from NYHARD cast iron and 1 or 2 side smoothers made from NYHARD cast iron, according to machine size.
Airtight access door with inspection hole, installed on hinges.
Loading skip driven by reduction unit, one grooved drum and self-braking motor.
Electric system and low voltage control board.
