Model RIBA MS

Automatic press with two stations, one station for working and one for product pick-up, equipped with hydraulic cylinders for automatic displacement of mould-holder truck and pick-up shovel, for the manufacture of large sized cement and grit tiles or steps with max. width of 900 (RIBA420/M S-900), 1200 (RIBA480/M S-1200), 1400mm (RIBA530/M S-1400).
Independent pick-up and work stations running by means of sized wheels on chromium plated linear guides allowing easy translation of the system.
Independent control board installed on the machine structure controlling the working processes with PLC logic.

In compliance with all the general requirements and EEC directives relevant to operator’s safety and hygiene.
Independent hydraulic unit for operation and control of pressing cylinder, demoulding operations and translation of service and pick-up stations.
Pneumatic installation for vertical displacement of pick-up shovel.
Self-contained electric motor vibrator with control pedal for levelling the material inside the mould.
Pressing power: 345-450-550 Tons.
