Model RIBA 480MS 900

Automatic Alternative Press with two opposite stations, one station for working and one for product pick-up, equipped with hydraulic cylinders for automatic displacement of mould-holder truck and pick-up shovel, for the manufacture of large sized cement and grit thin tiles or thin steps with max width of 900 mm.
It is mainly constituted by an upper and lower structures, made in electro-welded S355JR steel, united through four carbon steel columns of large diameter, adequately dimensioned, on which all the components necessary for the proper operation of the machine are installed.

Independent control board installed on the machine structure controlling the working processes with PLC logic Hallen Bradley or Siemens.
Independent hydraulic unit for the command and control of the double-acting pressing cylinder, the mould lifting cylinders and transfer cylinders.
Pressing power: 500-600-700 Tons.
